I just moved to this new complex and I am very impressed with the impeccable condition of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff.I had a little problem with a toilet, but young Felix solved it efficiently in less than two hours the same day I reported it.In addition, the office staff has been very attentive and helpful at all times.Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience so far and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well maintained place to live.

Lived here 3 years and the previous management was a joke. Since the new management has taken over, complaint and maintenance issue response time has become infinitely better. This morning I woke to sewage backing up into my tub. Felix was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Two thumbs up.👍🏻 👍🏻

Recently taken over by new management, very nice and responsive so far. they do have 24 hour maintenance and security patrol which I love being it’s so close to Colfax .I absolutely love my new apartment. The renovations and the island in the granite was unexpected and lovely. Very pleased with my apartment and grounds were very clean.

I lived at Lamar Station for close to a year now and I have to say, the apartment complex has changed for the better!! Not only has the outside of the apartments been painted in beautiful vibrant colors, the hallways inside the buildings remain clean and odor free. A lot of the suspicious activity at night has dropped because they provide security to patrol around the buildings. We have an amazing manager by the name Viridiana! She has been extremely patient, supportive, understanding and on top of things when you call or visit her with a problem. I can openly say that she is the #1 reason I would consider renewing another lease here.

Ive been living here for just about 3 years now and I absolutely love it. It's in an amazing location just miles away from I-25 or I70 and in between Wadsworth and Sheridan. So there is a ton of fun stuff to do in the area. We recently went under new management and they have made efforts to make the buildings and property around them look better and be safer. All in all it's a great apartment complex and definitely worth checking out.

Me and my husband are relocating from Atlanta, to Denver as this is our second apartment together. I cannot stress enough the promptness of both Sean and La La. The professionalism is MIND BLOWING! Something that is rare in today’s society. They are very personable and understanding people. They help you in any way that they can. We were so nervous to blind shop for a new place being that we are moving so far from family and we didn’t have anyone to go check out properties for us. But let me tell you, I feel so happy and comfortable that we picked these units. They are beautiful as well. If our first year goes well, I’m looking to upgrade to a unit with a washer and dryer! I will give an update in a few months! Thank you Sean and La La!!

I lived in these apartments for 10 months, and it was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed how extremely helpful Shawn LaBare was the entire duration. The entire staff was very professional, dedicated, and especially kind, caring, and understanding to me and my daughter; being a single mother. They are very understanding and on proficient, and the maintenance staff was always there within an hour if ever needed! I highly recommend considering Lamar Station Apartments to be your next move!!

I’m going on 2 years here at this community, I absolutely love the staff, both Shawn & David make sure my repairs are done immediately, I mean they help me with everything, including changing light bulbs that are too tight to loosen for me. My neighbors are respectful of my toy pet, they take their pet up the road when we are outside, I appreciate everyone I have had an encounter with. I’ve never had any mice problems or you would here me a mile away and do believe roaches come from being unclean and that I’m not so no issues there either. Staff has really worked hard this last year to make this Community a better looking place and it shows. Keep up the good work team.

I just went to view an apartment to rent and it was very nice. Not only that but the management staff Shawn and David were friendly, professional and above all kind and helpful. I went to leave and my car wouldn't start. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and decided to ask if they could help. Shawn stopped eating his lunch and got right up to help. Thank you for your help and kindness Shawn!! Even though I interrupted your lunch break. If he hadn't helped I probably would have been stuck there for hours. It's nice to know that there are still good helpful people out there.

Lived here for a year while getting accustomed to the area. During my year I couldn't have imagined a better place to stay for various reasons. The value is great, the living spaces are open and big compared to others in the area, especially at the price point. Location is also superb, Planet Fitness is across the street and the train to Downtown/Union Station is about a 5 minute walk away. Shawn and David do a phenomenal job at maintaining the complex and handling requests and truly do want you to be happy here.

I absolutely love what they’re doing with this property. I moved in about a year ago and they had rehabbed my whole unit. It’s absolutely beautiful I love the flooring and the look and feel of my home. The office is great and they always help me with whatever I need. I never wait for work orders to get done. It’s definitely a great place to live!

The Lamar Station Apartments are very nice inside Shawn and David are awesome people they're very nice and they work with you it's just how you live clean or dirty that's on you when I live there I seen maybe one or two cockroaches but I was a very clean person so after seeing them I didn't see no more and there are a lot of bums around but what do you expect when you're living right behind the big bunny Hotel nice for first apartment with my new fiance
